Purchases & activation.
How will I activate a purchased copy?
When sales open, use the license key from your purchase receipt. Choose License in EasyTracer, enter the key in License key, then choose Activate while online. Keep the key private. Receipt delivery and activation are still being verified before launch.
I lost my key or replaced my computer.
Check your original purchase receipt first. If your old computer is available, choose License → Deactivate this device before activating the replacement. Otherwise, contact support with your order number and purchase email so we can verify ownership and release the old device slot. Do not email your full key.
What does EasyTracer V1 cost?
EasyTracer V1 · $49 USD · One-time purchase. Activate on two computers. Future major upgrades are not included. Purchases are not open yet.
How do I request a refund?
Contact lc@teamcole.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and purchase email. Do not send your full license key. See the refund policy for details.

Does EasyTracer trace every shot automatically?
You guide it with four points and shot details. EasyTracer builds the estimated flight; you review the finish and make any adjustments. You do not need to mark the apex.
Does my footage need to upload?
The desktop studio processes your videos on your Mac. You don’t need to upload your round to make tracers.
Can I use the tracers in another editor?
Yes. Export transparent tracer overlays for your editing workflow, or export the video with tracers already included.
How does it work with an AI video editor?
Overlay exports include source-file matching and frame-timing information to help pair each tracer with its original clip. Your editor must support the chosen transparent-overlay format. Align the starts, then trim and move each clip and overlay together.
Does the 30-minute workflow include exporting?
No. The under-30-minute result is based on the founder’s timed tracer setup for a nine-hole round. Export time is additional, and your time will vary with footage and adjustments.
Is there a Windows version?
Windows x64 is being prepared. Public Windows downloads are not open yet. Check the download page for current availability and supported systems.
